Actors of all ages and ethnicities are STRONGLY encouraged to audition.

What We’re Looking for:


Need 16-20 actors of ALL ethnicities

Children: Age 4-13 (boys & girls)

Adults: Age 18 & up (men & women)

What to Prepare:
16 – 32 bars from a musical of your choice. Please bring sheet music; an accompanist will be provided. No taped music or a cappella allowed.   Also, please bring a headshot, resume, and list of conflicts for June 1st through August 26th.  Dance auditions will take place the same day.



All rehearsals will take place at our studio space located at 135 Park Avenue West, Denver, CO.

Rehearsals will begin Monday, June 11th and will take place on select weeknight and weekend days.



Annie will run for two weekends, opening August 17th and running through August 26th at Cleo Parker Robinson Dance Theatre with performances on Fridays at 7:30 p.m., Saturdays at 7:30 p.m., and Sundays at 5:30 p.m.  An extension of the run is possible.


All actors will receive a stipend (an additional stipend will be offered if the show extends.


An orphan, Annie, and her dog Sandy are placed in the lap of luxury for a week as a part of a publicity campaign for billionaire Oliver Warbucks. However, Annie’s stay turns out to be much more than anyone had bargained for as she works her way into everyone’s hearts and learns a few things for herself.  This traditional rendition of the delightful family musical will be presented with a bit of an urban twist!



Annie An 11-year-old redheaded orphan girl, optimistic and spunky, whose only wish is to find her parents


Miss Hannigan The alcoholic orphanage matron, disillusioned, she hates children, but is fond of alcoholic beverages


Oliver “Daddy” Warbucks Billionaire businessman who opens his home – and heart – to Annie


Grace Farrell Daddy Warbucks’ faithful secretary, who loves Annie from the start


Drake The butler of the Warbucks Mansion; a good friend to Annie and Daddy Warbucks.


Daniel “Rooster” Hannigan Miss Hannigan’s no-good brother, out for the quick buck


Lily St. Regis Rooster’s girlfriend, is smarter than she appears


Molly, Pepper, Duffy, July, Tessie, and Kate the orphans at the orphanage, ages 6 to 13


Franklin D. Roosevelt President of the United States, he aids Daddy Warbucks in the search for Annie’s parents


Louis Brandeis Associate Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, he is called upon to assist in Annie’s adoption


Bert Healy Radio announcer who agrees to broadcast Annie’s search for her parents


The Boylan Sisters Singers on the Bert Healy Show who hope to be famous someday


Lt. Ward A policeman sent after Annie, he finds her at the Homerville’s


Sandy an abandoned mixed–breed dog that Annie rescues, he becomes her faithful companion
