The Byers-Evans House Theatre Company is holding auditions for An Evening With Edgar Allan Poe Directed by Dell Domnik
Performance dates: October 14 – November 5, 2011 Two-time winner of Westwood’s Best of Denver, An Evening With Edgar Allan
Poe is the critically acclaimed readers theatre production presented in the Byers-Evans House Museum . Stories include the Masque of the Red Death, The Black Cat, The Cask of Amontillado, The Tell-Tale Heart and many others.
Auditions will be held by appointment at the Byers-Evans House, 1310 Bannock Street, Denver on July 12th and July 13th from 7:00 p.m., with call backs July 14th.
Please bring a headshot with resume, a list of potential conflicts, and prepare a one minute dramatic monologue.
Additionally, actors will be asked to perform cold readings from the script. Rehearsals will be held at the Byers Evans House Museum beginning August 8th.
