Audition Notice – A Christmas Carol

Parker Arts Council announces auditions for Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, part of the successful and popular “Literature to Life” series launched in 2010 and funded in part by the Douglas County Libraries Foundation.

This is a returning ensemble with several openings for new cast members. The following roles are available:
Grandpa (lead male, 60+)
Puppeteers to work the professional stage puppets which portray the Spirits of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come

Shows will run from Thanksgiving weekend through December 18th. All shows are matinees; 2 on Saturdays, 1 on Sundays. All shows will be performed in Douglas County, primarily at the Mainstreet Center in Parker, CO.

Parker Arts Council is a not-for-profit community theatre, all roles are volunteer based and no stipend is provided.

The Parker Arts Council (PAC) was formed in 2003 and is comprised of professionals, musicians, artists, teachers, directors, and business leaders. The Parker Arts Council’s mission statement is “To provide opportunities for cultural enrichment through participation, education and outreach to the local community”.
